Integrity Billing

Jayme joined the ABI team in May of 2022 and has 6 years of experience billing for ABA providers. Jayme has a strong background in billing ABA, handling accounts receivables, submitting appeals, rate negotiations, and contracting and credentialing. She is extremely passionate about helping providers all over the nation so that they can remain focused on helping their clients. Outside of work Jame is a wife and a mother. She enjoys spending time with her family exploring, baking, and reading a good book.

Katherine joined the ABI billing team in February of 2023 and has 3 years of
experience in billing for ABA providers. Her background in the field encompasses a profound understanding of billing, accounts receivable management, appeals, authorizations, Eligibility and Benefits, and most recently credentialing and contracting. She is very detailed and has an unwavering stance with resistant insurance companies. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, binge-watching shows, reading, and crocheting.

Bernadette began working as a billing specialist for Integrity Billing in October 2023. She has three years’ experience working as such. As a billing specialist, she handles the primary billing and payment posting for Integrity Billing’s accounts. Prior to switching gears and training to be a billing specialist, she worked as a legal assistant for 27 years. When Bernadette is not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, whether that be on a cruise ship or going to a lawnmower race in a small mountain town. She also loves to travel with her husband, especially to two of favorite places—Montana and Nevada, where her out-of-state children and grandchildren reside.

Katrina started working for ABI in the fall of 2021. With 7 years of experience in ABA medical billing and patient account management, she specializes in handling patient invoices, insurance communications, and benefit checks. Her approach is patient-centric, ensuring clear communication and accuracy in all aspects of the billing process. She strives to reduce patient stress by addressing billing questions and insurance claims with empathy and expertise. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys on their little farm with weekend trips to the beach.

Monica brings over 10 years of experience in the insurance field, with 6 of those years being dedicated to ABA therapy billing. Her background and extensive knowledge make her an expert in authorization request management, treatment plan and session note auditing, benefit review and verification, billing and collections practices, and aggressive, yet effective appeals processes.

Monica's love for advocating for families and individuals diagnosed with ASD, her detail-oriented nature, drive, and knack for researching and problem solving are part of what continue to grow her passion and success in this field.

When she's not working, Monica loves to spend time with her kids, enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring her home on the NC coast, loves meeting new people and animals, and will at any given time be listening to music or her other obsession.. true crime.

Danielle Joined the ABI team in July 2020 as an RBT. Danielle handles the day to day operations and scheduling for our staff and clients. As someone deeply passionate about nurturing the growth and well-being of our kids and staff, Danielle is committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive. Danielle has a BS Degree in Psychology from the University of Utah and is working toward an MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration at Southern Utah University. In her spare time Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
